The Multi-Fill depositors are mobile and are easily removed from the line for cleaning. The compact construction means the machines can be installed in areas where space is at a premium.

Their equipment is suitable for the handling of cans, jars, pouches or aluminium trays. LAN also manufacture stand-alone loading and unloading equipment for batch retort baskets, utilising pick and place or robotic technology.

Unscramblers for Plastic Bottles

PACKFEEDER of Barcelona, Spain has developed a new concept in-line unscrambling system for lightweight plastic bottles, where the centre of gravity of the containers is utilized for correctly orientation. Their unscramblers for plastic bottles are very compact and simple to operate and maintain.

Wraparound Case and Tray Packers and High Speed Shrinkwrappers

International Wrapping Systems, IWS, of Bunzen, Switzerland, supply intermittent and continuous motion wrap-around case and tray packers and tray pack/shrinkwrap systems, which are suitable for bottles, jars, cans, trays and flexible pouches. The IWS equipment is capable of operating speeds of up to 75 cases per minute.

Magnetic Separators
