TMB Patterns was established in 1977 by the current joint managing directors, Terry Morley and Martin Baker. This was in response to the thermoforming industry's need for a complete service from its tool suppliers.

TMB Patterns quickly became the UK's leading manufacturer of thermoforming tools with household name clients in both the UK and Worldwide. TMB is now at the forefront of development because of its investment in people and technology. With a workforce of over 80 personnel, and new purpose built premises which are still expanding,

TMB Patterns offers a total service from design and manufacture to installation and maintenance of its equipment. The reason why TMB Patterns is so successful is its dedication to the partnership between the company, its suppliers and its customers.

The range of products and services provided by TMB for the thermoforming industry covers every aspect, from simple blister tools to in mould cut tooling for tubs, lids and containers. Our pattern makers and designers can be involved in projects at the start by developing designs or producing samples for presentation or even pre production runs for trials on a packing line.
