Industrial CIJ (Continuous Ink Jet) Printers

Linx Industrial CIJ Printers can code and mark up to 5 lines of text, graphics and barcodes.  They can be used in a variety of applications e.g. coding directly onto food or pharmaceutical products; on high speed bottling lines; or for product identification using high contrast inks.  Linx printers are designed to be easy to use and flexible for a wide variety of coding applications.  The non-contact nature of CIJ makes this an ideal coding solution for high speed production lines.

Laser Coders: CO2 Laser Technology

Linx Laser Coders use CO2 laser technology to code and mark products without the need for consumables.  Linx supplies a range of industrial laser printers to meet the needs of wide range of packaging applications.  The Linx SL series uses a scribing laser to apply superb quality text and graphics onto products ranging from card to plastic, rubber and glass.  High speed laser marking systems are also available for label coding applications, and specialist hot glass marking systems for glass manufacturing plants.

Large Character Coders / Outer Case Coders

Linx Large Character Coders are designed for outer packaging/secondary packaging (outer case coders).  Linx case coder equipment creates exceptional quality graphics, text and barcodes on bags, boxes, packaging and containers.

Thermal Transfer Printers

Linx Thermal Transfer Printers (Overprinters) are designed for efficient coding onto flexible packaging and labels.   The Linx TT Series of printers is used in the confectionery, snack food and pharmaceutical sectors. A range of printers provides coding solutions for simple messages through to complex messages containing ingredients, logos and marketing messages.

CIJ Printer Inks and Solvents

Linx solvents and inks are formulated and manufactured specifically for Linx CIJ printers.  Linx inks provide optimum performance for Linx CIJ printers.  A wide range of colours and adhesive properties is available to meet most applications from food and pharmaceutical coding, through to industrial product identification for rubber, plastics and cabling.
