Riverside Waste Machinery Ltd was formed in 1997 to offer a specialised service supplying waste handling equipment suitable for a range of industrial uses. Riverside Waste Machinery Ltd are the sole distributor of UNTHA shredding technology in the UK, who are the world leaders in the design and manufacture of heavy-duty waste shredders. We supply single shaft shredders, twin shaft, four shaft and the unmatched XR Series.
The ease with which these machines deal with applications such as MSW, Tyres, Hazardous waste, WEEE, Plastic, RDF, Wood and much more is unequalled. In the fight to reduce the volume for landfill Riverside / UNTHA have developed the XR Series Shredder for size reduction and separation of waste.
Complete systems for Tyre shredding plants are designed around a client's need to get the best from their waste, therefore cutter sizes, screening sizes etc can be selected to suit specific applications. Magnetic conveyor belts separate the wire from the rubber leaving a clean product that can then be
re-cycled.
Riverside were approached by a UK company looking for the ultimate in Tyre shredding and by working with the client Riverside / UNTHA were able to deliver an efficient 2-ton per hour total installation. This installation at Ling Demolition Services Ltd at Canterbury, Kent is now fully operational and proving to be a great success.
