Printed Paper And Film Manufacturer – Flexographic And Gravure

Our reels are suitable for overwrap or primary packaging and can be further laminated into multi-layered structures. Our range of Windmöller & Hölscher flexographic presses can print up to 1270mm in width with up to 10 colours on paper or film. In particular, the gearless Novoflex presses allow for fast job changeovers and the advanced mid web press offers the ability to run short or long runs.
This state of the art machinery and our experienced printing team produce a result which is increasingly similar to gravure printing.

Coating Applications – PVdC, Acrylic And Cold Seal

Acrylic coatings are a heat seal coating for film, allowing high-speed packaging on horizontal and vertical sealing machinery and overwrapping applications. Both acrylic and PVdC coatings give a high gloss result, improved moisture / gas / aroma barriers and allow all-over ink coverage. Cold seal applications are for flexo and gravure printing, single ply or laminates.
