Nicholls Air Systems Ltd design and install Dust Extraction and Pneumatic Conveying Systems. We specialise in transporting by air many products, including paper trim, wood shavings and sawdust, granulated plastics, almost any shredded products. We can transport these products over long distances.

Throughputs vary from 100 kg/hr up to in excess of 7 tons/hr.

Dust And Fume Collection / Extraction Systems

We have designed comprehensive dust extraction systems; these include handling Lead Dust, with extraction rates of 50,000 cubic metres per hour, per single plant. The filters were cartridge filters followed by pre filters followed by H.E.P.A. filters. The smallest systems can serve one wood working machine like a dimension saw, this would probably utilise a single bag dust collector.

We handle Turn Key packaged systems; these would start off by NAS offering to design a total concept for any particular type of system; we would put forward a solution, a planned timeframe to carry out the work, a competitive quotation including design drawings, these drawings could show a virtual reality detail, these could look like the finished installed equipment. We can also assist with the recycling of the extracted products.
