DIDAK INJECTION is a leading company in the business of thermoplastic injection-moulding. It has a state-of-the-art, well-maintained collection of more than 20 machines with a clamping force of between 20 tonnes (from 5 g PE upwards) and 1,500 tonnes; a number of these are equipped with robots.

Uniquely, the company’s production facilities have the capacity to injection-mould products consisting of two components with a clamping force of up to 1,500 tonnes (with a shot weight of up to 8 kg (PP) + 1.5 kg (PP) for the second component).

DIDAK INJECTION has its own design facilities for the creation and monitoring of new products. In this area, we seek to be involved in the project from as early a stage as possible, so that the maximum possible consideration may be given to the optimal mould construction and various significant injection-moulding criteria (such as flow path, wall thickness and other parameters) in addition to the product’s functional requirements.

We also offer printing using the hotstamping or screening methods, as well as in-mould labelling.

DIDAK INJECTION processes a very wide range of thermoplastics, from polypropylene and high-density polyethylene to ABS, evoprene, polycarbonate, PA6 and PA66, styrene and so on.

The product range includes complex plastic components for industrial machines and household appliances.

For the purposes of mould-construction, DIDAK INJECTION works with high-quality Western European and Eastern European partners with various areas of specialisation, the exact choice depending on criteria such as degree of finish, precision requirements and product size.

The company also has a well-equipped tool shop for general maintenance and minor mould adjustments.

DIDAK INJECTION exports all over Europe, and has a long-standing working relationship with an international clientele.
