Chevler Packaging, established in 1920, has over 80 years’ knowledge, experience and skills in providing packaging solutions for the food industry. Our knowledge and skill base enables us to produce effective, functional and individual packaging in board, paper and plastic.
- Cartons: We specialise in manufacturing high quality bespoke cartons that can be printed, cut and finished (including windows) in a substantial variation of intricate designs to differentiate the product.
- Paper: Our range of crimped cases is extensive with a library of over 600 tools and the facilities to build further dyes to meet more specialist requirements. We are also able to print onto a variety of materials, shapes and weights. The cases are of a consistently high quality and tolerance to be used on high volume, automated production lines or for specialist bespoke requirements.
- Plastic: Chevler Packaging’s ability to produce specialist, thermoformed plastic packaging is diverse. We can produce an extensive range of functional products with variable cavities, shapes, material thickness and closures.
Successfully serving some of the largest names in the industry has meant that we are constantly evolving and investing in new machinery and expanding our capabilities.
Chevler Packaging has extensive in-house facilities meaning we understand the intricacies of your product, and you can closely monitor its progression from concept to completion. We have a graphics, a re-production, and dye-making department in addition to our own distribution fleet and construction studio.
