Packaging Materials
Our packaging materials provide high levels of protection during distribution and storage adding to your products presentation and merchandising appeal.
Polyurethane
Polyurethane foam can be formulated to give high load-bearing properties. These formulations give optimum protection in various packaging applications from computer disk drives to medical ventilators.
Polyurethane foam can also be formulated to give anti-static properties for use in electronic packaging.
Polyethylene
Polyethylene foams are closed-cell construction and available in non or cross-linked forms. They are a tough, 
flexible and resilient packaging material which can also be thermoformed into simple and complex shapes. Polyethylene foams can also be supplied with either fire-retardant or anti-static properties.
Their closed-cell construction gives resistance to fluid absorption.
Polyethylene foam is suitable for protection of high volume delicate goods weighing several kilograms or more. Other materials are available as required.

Packaging Machine Capabilities
Foam Slitting
The horizontal slitting machines installed are able to process blocks of flexible foam and sponge, both open & closed cell, to supply sheets of the required thickness.
Laminating
Our adhesive coating and laminating facility is equipped with specialist machinery enabling us to deal with the varied production demands that are placed upon us.
Die-Cutting
The comprehensive selection of specialist production machinery installed includes reciprocating and rotary die-cutting presses for the manufacture of gaskets, seals, die-cut and "kiss-cut" components in a wide range of sealing, noise control, shock/vibration absorbing, electrical insulating and RFI/EMI materials.
Sub-Assembly
The sub-assembly processes that we carry out involve mainly the application of self-adhesive, die-cut components, of our own manufacture, to plastic injection moulded components or metal pressings.
