The GT18 Automatic Ink Dispensing system is conceived to offer an affordable solution for automatic dispense. This kind of machine enables to reproduce any coluor at any time. Because the system is fully automatic and user friendly, it enables the operator to obtain the desired quantity with a notable reduction in waste.

The components are stocked into 200 l barrels or bigger container (fixed or interchangeable). The configuration of the system can be adapted to the space available. Fully automatic and easy to use, these Automatic Ink Dispensing systems allow the operator to produce the desired quantity in a fast and reliable way, on the basis of the formulations stored in the Database of the system. The machines are managed through a computer with InkPro/PaintPro software.

Base components are conveyed to the dispensing head through pumps or by gravity. Single-point dispensing is sequentially acted on a gravimetric basis, with the quantity and the precision requested. The products feeding the dispensing head can be stocked in barrels or tanks, interchangeable or fixed, with different capacities depending on consumption.

The Online Ink Dispensing Software: INKPRO ON LINE is the first browser based formulation in the dispensing industry. Created to work in a server-based computing environment, this means that all data files reside on a central server.

This centralized data serves multiple locations, anytime, anywhere in the world. Ideal for companies with multiple locations here or around the globe. Users in different locations can accurately communicate, formulate and check reports. The advantages are:
