Alpha Marathon's product line includes extruders, turret & surface winders, air rings, bubble cage, oscillating haul-offs, IBC units, screen changers, mono-layer and co-extrusion die systems (up to 12 layers), cast lines, extrusion coating, bubble film and laminating equipments. Alpha Marathon is known for its low-pressure high output extrusion die systems.
Alpha Dual Spiral System (ADSS) with its flow mixing channels, allows polymer melt to flow through the top and bottom in a 'Over-Lie' mode (patent pending) and represents an important advancement in blown film technology. Another recent development is a fully automated film winding system. An automated high-speed (300 ft/min) turret winder is equipped with core loading, film cutting, splicing, and film roll removal with a short cycle time of 15 seconds.
Alpha Marathon's engineering and R&D staff, along with Sales Representatives and Technical Service personnel are ready to respond to customer needs in a timely manner. All equipments are QC inspected prior to their shipment, and carry our standard warranties. Equipment installation, repairs and preventive maintenance services are available upon request.
