The Talon 64 is designed for mid-range volume finishing and for users who are ready to step up to the next level of production.

The Talon is easy to use with a MODE button for speed, pressure or heat. You can set the precise measurements with the “MasterDial” control. The extremely versatile machine offers a variety of features not common to other laminators in their price range.

Features:

  • Pull roller handle adjusts the gap and pressure setting.
  • Heat roller pressure and mounting settings are automatically set by an electro-mechanical system controlled by the pull roller handle. The “MasterDial” may be used to override these settings.
  • Extended feed table allows easier print feeding.
  • Various unwind and rewind shafts enable unlimited applications.
  • “UniWind” system allows the operator to engage or disengage the top unwind and rewind shafts and the bottom rewind shaft with the flip of a switch to accommodate various web-ups.
  • Independently controlled upper and lower heaters proficiently run thermal and PSA film easily at the same time.
  • The unique control panel design allows the operator to easily choose the mode (speed, pressure, heat) by simply pressing a button and spinning the “MasterDial” to set the exact parameters needed for the job. The machine does the rest.
