Remploy Acton are specialists in soldering, electrical component assembly, and electro mechanical assembly; using these skills they were able to develop an assembly process and build the products, after an initial pilot phase some changes were made to components and processes.
Now Remploy Acton have a batch production process, so far having produced over 1000 units, initially machining some parts, then assembling components supplied from the UK and abroad and finally testing the units before shipping them to Slush Puppie for their technicians to install. Working to ISO9002: 2000 standards, they were able to use their expertise to ensure the quality of the product, and satisfy Slush Puppie`s exacting demands.
Utilising one of the latest M.R.P. systems Remploy Acton are able to control stocks and plan demand via master production scheduling, thus enabling a complete supply chain solution for local and multinational companies.
