SubscribeIn January 2007 the production range of Laudenberg Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH has been extended by the machine generation LBV.
The machines designated as LBV have been especially developed to produce aerosol pouches (also known as Bag-on-valve). The main characteristics of the models LBV 050, LBV 071 and LBV 20 are the compact construction as well as the very high degree of flexibility with regards to possible pouch sizes and the great number of unrestricted modules. Special value was set on the very short changeover times. Numerous adjustment tools, low format parts and a professional recipe administration facilitate the change of the pouch width and the use of different valve types as well.
The LBV machine generation – as known from Laudenberg – has an utmost solid mechanics as well as also a very good structured and well-conceived electronics. Machine control and drive elements contain components from Siemens. The total Bag-on-Valve production process is controlled by Siemens S 7 and visualized on the Touch Panel MP 370 T. The drive concept is realised by servo motors and control elements from the Siemens system architecture Sinamics.
The installations comprise of the following single operations:
- Pouch production with and without gusset
- Special sealing for PP foils
- Top or bottom die
- Valve Sorting and feeding (male and female) Standpipe assembly with adjustable pipe length
- Valve insertion, welding and cooling
- In-line pressure control with 0.8 bar
- Pouch evacuation with integrated standpipe setting
- Pouch labelling up to 3 labels per pouch
- Pouch winding
- Vacuum final check
- Conveyor belt with counter for carton filling
