Online Order Tracking System
Lartec is constantly working to offer a quicker and more efficient service to its customers, and to assist this objective, it has now developed an online tracking system which enables customers to follow their orders from receipt through to delivery, all via the Lartec web site. The service highlights the status of the order during the production process, showing a status bar between 0-100%, as well as providing a forecast for when it will be completed. Once the packet has been sent, the web site will be updated immediately with the tracking number and the client is able to locate their item directly from the Lartec web site, obtaining an expected delivery date.
Order Status and History
In addition to these advantages, the client is also able to see the global status of all orders in process, as well as
historical orders, such that a repeat order can be performed immediately. They are also able to view the die design for added security. Order confirmations are sent immediately, containing the price and expected delivery date.

This new system has required a process of internal restructuring within the company, all with the intention of achieving Lartec’s stated objective of completing all orders in the European Union within 24 hours.
