New Weighers Bring Maximum Benefits For Small Size Packs
Ishida Europe has further extended its R Series range of advanced multihead weighers with the introduction of two new versions specifically designed for the fast and accurate weighing of small target weights.
The alternative designs of the new CCW-R Linear and CCW-R Small Hopper weighers maximise the number of products that the machines can handle and enable Ishida to tailor a solution each time to precise customer requirements.
The Small Hopper weighers - the CCW-R-210, 214 and 220 - feature the traditional circular multihead weigher design. They can handle target weights from 5g up to 500g, while the largest of the models, the CCW-R-220, can also mix-weigh two products up to 1 kg.

The Ishida CCW-R Linear (left) and CCW-R Small Hopper weighers are specifically designed for the fast and accurateweighing of small target weights.
The CCW-R-214 is capable of speeds up to 210wpm, depending on the application, while the CCW-R-220 can mix-weigh at up to 70wpm.
High Accuracy Linear Multihead Weighers
The high accuracy linear multihead weighers, available in four different variants, are particularly suitable for ultra-low target weights - as little as 3g. The linear range also features short drop heights, particularly appropriate for handling fragile products such as sugarcoated confectionery or chocolate coated mini biscuits.
In addition, the linear arrangement of the product transfer allows very precise product flow control. This makes the range ideal for applications where weigh counting is required to achieve a specific number of pieces in the pack.
Top speeds are 130wpm for the CCW-R-107, while the CCW-R-108 and CCW-R-112 can mix-weigh two products at up to 65 wpm.
All models feature the advanced Ishida technology - including Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), an enhanced Anti-Floor Vibration (AFV) system, a high speed 5-stage digital filter, and a new combination calculation algorithm using Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Technology - that delivers high speeds, excellent accuracy and efficiency levels close to 100%.
These latest additions bring the number of multihead model variations that Ishida offers in its product portfolio to in excess of 200, underpinning the company's huge applications expertise and experience and its ability to offer the most appropriate multihead for each customer's specific application.
