The Mini 120 is a complete laminate tube line integrated into one single machine, making tube production simple, compact and very cost effective. No more than 15 sqm are required to produce 120 tubes per minute including top seal and capping application.

The extremely compact design does not only save floor space, it enhances ergonomics: The operator interface is centrally placed from where all process steps can be supervised.

Two fixed roll-stands in combination with a semi automatic splice table allow roll change within seconds.

One-step operation of shoulder making (compression moulding) and body welding gives a flawless shoulder finish and eliminates the need of preformed shoulders.

An integrated state of the art capping process makes the machine layout very compact. The innovative turret design reduces size parts for capping by half.

The LT250 high speed laminate tube line is a combination of all the latest technology developments proposed by PackSys Global in the last few years.

The LT250 has been designed in accordance with the laminate tube user’s requirements in terms of cost per output, performance, and required options.

This line is composed of a high performance seamer, a multiple station compression moulding header,and an integrated capper.

The seamer includes features such as automatic splice, high frequency generators, and a high performance rotary cutter in order to avoid ovality and pinch marks.

The innovative motion and loading system on the compression moulding stations allow the line to produce tubes to a speed up to 250 pieces per minute.

LTR Seaming Machine with Inviseam Technology

Enter the world of cosmetic packaging with laminate tubes !

The LTR side seamer is the latest innovation for the production of laminate and cosmetic side-seamed tubes. Our patented Inviseam® technology renders the seam almost invisible, allowing the manufacture of high quality laminate tubes for the cosmetic industry, a new market trend enhanced by the LTR.

The rotary cutter, as well as the optional Roundness Retaining Unit (RRU) are items which reduce significantly ovality and pinch marks which are usually observed on side-seamers running at high speed. The LTR has been designed to enable side seaming to be undertaken at speeds exceeding 36 meters /minute.

Sophisticated guidance, conveying and tension control enables continuous side seaming with high accuracy and minimal waste.

The LTR offers high flexibility, using the same tooling for ABL and PBL of various structures and thicknesses.

Up to 36 meters per minute (around 180 tubes per minute and more depending on length)

The LMS/TET

The LMS/TET System

Speed:up to 70 tubes per minute.

The LMS/TET system uses the continuous process for the production of laminate tube bodies and compression moulding for plastic tube heads. The production of tubes take place in-line: The compression moulding technology forms the head, which is simultaneously fused to the tube body by means of melting energy, ensuring a perfect and reliable shoulder bond. No pre-formed injection moulded heads are necessary.

A completely newly designed seaming system eliminates the high frequency generators and guarantees accurate seaming control.

This new seamer reduces power consumption significantly. The rotary cutter guarantees the best cut quality and a reduction of ovality.

The LMS/TET tube line is flexible enough to handle the following operations:

  • Tube orientation
  • Striping option
  • Oval tube
  • Top seal
  • Barrier liner system

LMS/ 2x TET

Thanks to its high flexibility, and the speed of the side-seamer LMS, a second TET can be added to the line, fed by the same LMS. For a lower cost than buying a second line, the speed will be then brought up to 120 tubes per minute.
