SubscribePackaging container specialists, Johnsen & Jorgensen (J & J), have launched a new range of jars manufactured from clear P.E.T. which is lightweight and shatterproof, therefore making it safer and cheaper to ship.
The jars’ most striking feature, however, is the attractive silver cap which is included as standard. As J & J Sales Director, Jon Wear says:
“Silver caps are usually an expensive extra with jars like these and are usually purchased as a separate item with additional spray tooling costs.
“With this latest range,” explained Jon, “the caps are included as standard, which makes the price extremely competitive.”
The jars come in four sizes – 75ml, 100ml, 112ml and 150ml – and each has aneasy-access 60mm diameter neck. If required, the jars can be produced with a coloured body and cap, whilst the jars themselves can be overprinted or labelled to suit clients’needs.
These options are especially useful for manufacturers of cosmetic creams and lotions and the like, where distinctively attractive brand identities can be created. The jar’s versatile shape and design possibilities also make the range suitable for many other applications.
