Hocker Pölytechnic PMA Separators are effective, self-cleansing, dust extraction systems.
Our PMA separators combine proven technology and unique design features, such as continuous self-cleansing of the rotary air lock that ensures inherent reliability during continuous operation.
The air carrying waste material and dust is blown into the separator where the integrated rotary air lock separates solid material from the dust laden air. The air moves through the air lock to a downstream filter system that separates the dust from the air.

The range of separators comprises of six sizes. Each separator can operate in an overpressure or underpressure (vacuum) system and can be connected to a variety of conveying systems. Integrating separators with conveying and filtering equipment is possible and existing systems can be expanded at any time.

Managing Partner
Höcker Polytechnik was founded 1962 by Günther Höcker. Since then the “dust collection systems” produced in Hilter have developed into a modern medium-sized family company with about 200 employees.
Since 14 years Frank Höcker is now managing partner of the company. Höcker Polytechnik is market leader in dust collection and filter installations as well as pneumatic conveying systems for the paper- and cardboard industry in Germany. Nevertheless the export quota of Höcker Polytechnik is about 45% with focus on west and east Europe.
In Poland the company is represented since 1990 with an 80% owned subsidiary, producing units for the air purification. In the Czech Republic they have a minority holding in a company manufacturing briquetting presses sold by Höcker Polytechnik. To extend their lead concerning control systems for air purification installations Höcker Polytechnik took a share of 40% in FlowChief GmbH in Erlangen/Germany.
The rising sales in the last years basically attributes to overseas orders. The largest customer is the wood-working industry, followed by paper industries and air technologies for waste disposing and recycling systems. The expected sales for 2007 will be approx. 30 Mio. EUR.
