MultiStar modular dust collection units allow customised installations for buildings of different sizes and applications

Large Scale Installation

Dust collectors of the MultiStar series offer unrivalled versatility, and an optimised model is available for almost any application where dry separation is required.
MultiStar Dust Collection Units
The modular design of the dust collector and discharge unit enables our designers to create customised installations from a wide range of possible combinations of enclosure size, bag length and bag diameter.

Optimal dimensioned building blocks with smooth panels can be combined to form almost any size of dust collector, from a compact cartridge dust collector with a small footprint to a large-size dust collector for airflow of more than 600,000 m3/h.

Managing Partner

Höcker Polytechnik was founded 1962 by Günther Höcker. Since then the “dust collection systems” produced in Hilter have developed into a modern medium-sized family company with about 200 employees.

Since 14 years Frank Höcker is now managing partner of the company. Höcker Polytechnik is market leader in dust collection and filter installations as well as pneumatic conveying systems for the paper- and cardboard industry in Germany. Nevertheless the export quota of Höcker Polytechnik is about 45% with focus on west and east Europe.

In Poland the company is represented since 1990 with an 80% owned subsidiary, producing units for the air purification. In the Czech Republic they have a minority holding in a company manufacturing briquetting presses sold by Höcker Polytechnik. To extend their lead concerning control systems for air purification installations Höcker Polytechnik took a share of 40% in FlowChief GmbH in Erlangen/Germany.

The rising sales in the last years basically attributes to overseas orders. The largest customer is the wood-working industry, followed by paper industries and air technologies for waste disposing and recycling systems. The expected sales for 2007 will be approx. 30 Mio. EUR.
