SubscribeBy 1990 Clan Packaging were instigating and assisting Universal Pack with development of new types of machines, developing as well as servicing the UK market.
Commercially, Clan Packaging are entirely independent of Universal Pack and the majority of machine sales and systems are planned and quoted in-house. The Sales team have the backing of a skilled team looking after the After Sales aspect of the company.
In 1990 Clan Packaging expanded the operation into the overseas markets and again became market leaders in some South East Asian countries. The overseas operation lead to Uni-Clan Ltd being created to distinguish the overseas operation from the UK. Clan Packaging Ltd and Uni-Clan Ltd operate from company owned premises in Maidenhead, Berkshire. On site facilities comprise of modern offices, conference room, demonstration area, parts store and fully functional workshop.
The Sales and After Sales management teams have been active in the packaging machinery market for many years and this undoubtedly is a major factor in our success.
Clan After-Sales currently operates from our Maidenhead premises. Our highly skilled factory trained engineers are experienced at carrying out installations and commissioning Worldwide on our complete range of products. Our expertise is such that our after-sales team are regularly used in relation to the manufacturers own direct sales customers, for the purpose of installation and commissioning.
Our After-Sales management team have been active in the packaging machinery field for many years, and have personal experience, within the service, project and productive engineering aspects of packaging. This skills base allows Clan Packaging and Uni-Clan to offer a fully comprehensive after-sales package to all their customers.
