A new range of high-speed automatic capsule filling machines has been launched by UK's Hanningfield Process Systems that are suitable for most types of hard shell capsule, and offer pharmaceutical manufacturers rapid capsule size changeover.

The new CF-R series offers excellent price to function ratio and Hanningfield process Systems is currently offering special introductory prices on the first machines to be sold in the UK.

The CF-1200R model can fill up to 72,000 capsules per hour, in the size range of #00 - #04, and is operated by touch screen controls.

A specially increased size dosage plate ensures uniform powder and accurate powder filling, and an improved powder shield plate eliminates the problems of powder spilling, increasing the density and uniformity of the filled powder capsule.

The capsule filler supplied complete with a dust collector and additional parts can be added to allow features such as automatic empty capsule and powder loading.

The machines were designed and developed by our associate company, Hanningfield Pharmachine based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and major component manufacturers include Omron, SEW, Reitschle, Schneider, and Weidmuller.
