ANL Plastics has focused the marketing of its thermoformed products in different key areas such as packaging solutions for consumer goods and technical applications. This young division is called ANL Techniforms and responds to the following markets:
ANL-Techniforms Consumer Packaging
ANL-Techniforms offers suitable tailor-made solutions for point of sale packaging, maximising the impact of shape and colours to catch the consumer's eye. Non-standard colours, high transparency sheet and extraordinary shapes are vital elements for our packaging concepts. Our customers already use sales-friendly blister packs for electrical equipment etc. Less noticeable but equally important are trays used to present toys, shoe polish and mobile phones.
ANL-Techniforms Fragility Packaging
ANL-techniforms holds two worldwide patents for thermoformed fragility packaging. It supplies the European market with Geospring end-caps for single products and U-pad for bulk products. Based on this patented technology, ANL-Techniforms creates packaging to withstand maximum G forces and drop height. Geospring and U-pad are re-usable and can be denested automatically.
ANL-Techniforms Transport Packaging
ANL-Techniforms has acquired considerable expertise in offering internal transport trays for all kinds of industries. The hidden cost of damage incurred during transport between departments or factories often turns out to be substantial. ANL-Techniforms creates custom designed packaging to prevent product damage and to minimise handling costs.
Technical components
ANL-Techniforms not only produces packaging but also applies thermoforming technology for the creation of components. Our thermoformed products are already used in heat exchangers, insulating panels, furniture as well as in the automotive sector. In close co-operation with the customer we explore the fields in which thermoforming offers better and cheaper solutions than conventional technologies but guaranteeing equivalent product quality.
Pharma and health care
Medical packaging is the top section in ANL Plastic's range concerning quality and hygiene demands. ANL Techniforms design, engineer and produce packaging trays, clamshells and blisters for use in pharmaceutical industries and for packaging medical devices. This segment also includes packaging for cosmetic products such as fragrances or skin care products. For each individual project, a customized quality insurance program is set up.
