PackSys Global's new LSH header has been developed to meet these challenges.

The new LSH Header features:

  • Quick size part changeover in just 10 minutes, with no hand tools
  • Small footprint (Electrical cabinet in machine frame)
  • Standing mandrel with self-centering tool
  • No hydraulics
  • Plug and produce concept  

Producing up to 80 tubes per minute, no other header in this output range offers such a quick change system. This machine specifically addresses markets involved in producing small batch sizes and a large variety of sizes.
